Every transaction goes through a structured review and approval process, with Synclair checking for issues automatically, firm-configured approvers signing off, and a permanent, tamper-proof record saved before anything posts to the client’s QuickBooks Online or Xero. Nothing ever posts automatically — every posting requires a completed approval.

• A complete, permanent record is saved to your firm’s private, secure records first

Bruce brings deep operational experience shaped by years working in materials planning and production planning across some of the most demanding environments in aerospace. His career includes roles at Lockheed Martin, Honeywell Aerospace, and now Collins Aerospace (RTX) — industries where process control, timing, accuracy, and inter-team coordination must operate at the highest possible standard. Working inside these complex operational systems gave Bruce a firsthand understanding of how workflows break, how errors slip through, and why organizations need stronger governance before information moves downstream. Those insights became the foundation for Syncrea™ — a platform designed to bring real operational discipline and review control to bookkeeping and CAS workflows. Susan’s career as a Sales and Marketing Director in assisted living exposed her to the operational challenges of managing multi-source information, coordinating teams, and ensuring consistency across high-stakes processes. Her experience required overseeing communication flow, handling complex approval paths, and keeping daily operations synchronized — all areas where breakdowns can cause real-world consequences. Those operational realities directly inform how Syncrea handles coordination, review, and firm-wide visibility. Susan brings a practitioner’s understanding of what happens when systems fail to communicate and when approvals happen outside controlled processes. Susan leads operations, customer experience, and the internal operational systems that power SyncHub 360 Inc. She also leads the Syncrea design partner program — building direct relationships with the bookkeeping and accounting firms that are shaping how the platform is built. |
