SyncHub 360 Inc is the company behind Syncrea™ — the first operating system built specifically for bookkeeping, accounting, and Client Advisory Services (CAS) teams. Based in Surprise, Arizona, SyncHub 360 Inc was founded with a single goal: to give firms the workflow structure, controls, and automation they’ve never had.


While modern accounting software offers strong audit trails, firms still lack internal controls, review structure, and visibility over the work being performed inside their own practice. SyncHub 360 Inc was created to solve that systemic gap.

The Founders

Bruce McNamee

CEO & Co‑Founder

Bruce brings 20 years of experience in aerospace production and materials planning, working across high‑precision, process‑driven environments where structure, accountability, and accuracy are non‑negotiable. As a certified Pro Advisor, Bruce identified a critical audit‑trail gap while evaluating the external tools firms use alongside modern accounting systems.
These systems maintain detailed audit logs, but firms themselves lack internal controls, governed review workflows, and a consistent pre‑posting approval structure.
This insight led to the creation of Syncrea™ — an operating system designed to bring order, accuracy, and accountability to bookkeeping, accounting, and CAS firms. Bruce leads product vision, architectural direction, and execution across the Syncrea™ platform.

Susan McDonough

COO & Co‑Founder

Susan brings 20 years of leadership experience in assisted living sales and marketing, serving as a Marketing Director responsible for operational coordination and high‑trust client communication. As a certified Pro Advisor, Susan recognized the same audit‑trail disconnect while analyzing the ecosystem of tools firms rely on.
Accounting systems maintain comprehensive audit histories, but firms operate without internal controls, structured review steps, or a durable record of approvals — creating risk, rework, and inconsistent workflows.
Susan drives operations, workflow design, and customer experience for SyncHub 360 Inc, ensuring the Syncrea™ platform solves the real‑world operational challenges firms face every day.
